1. Which programmes are right for me?

This totally depends on your desired result. It's important to firstly state; that addressing both your training and nutrition is key to making the biggest impact on your health and fitness.

It's safe to say, you cant out-train a bad diet! Getting your Nutrition right will do wonders for your health, wellbeing and your training. We have 3 main options for Nutrition which you can read about here.

2. What if I am new to exercise?

Then you are in the right place. The beauty of our Individual Programming is exactly that, its Individual to you! That means every session you receive will be written with your ability and fitness levels in mind. 

We have a fantastic programming site which ensures that every exercise you receive has a video tutorial. This means you're never wondering 'I don't know how to do that' plus, if ever you do have any questions about your up-coming session then simply get in touch and we'll guide you through it. 

3. Can I do the programme if i'm not in the UK?

Yes! We have customers on the programme all over the world. We will create you a personalised log in meaning you have access to you plan no matter where in the world you are. 

4. How many times a week do I need to train?

It depends what programme you choose to do, normally you’ll be training 3-4 x times week.

5. What if I miss a session?

Don’t panic! We know life is busy and sometimes it’s just not possible to get every session in. The most important thing is to get back on track ASAP. 

6. Do you offer refunds?

No refunds will be offered on any services from Origin Series
