Origin Series offers one to one Personal Training services in the heart of Bristol. If you are looking to fast track your results, maximise your limited time in the gym, or simply need some extra motivation then personal training is for you.
Our coaching philosophy is based off the most up to date scientific research in the fields of strength, conditioning and rehabilitation which we have continuously developed over a combined 30 years experience.

All sessions will take place at the city centre gym Workout Harbourside.
A. Absolutely not! Everyone begins somewhere and often the most difficult part is starting. Each session will be tailored to challenge you, but you will leave feeling successful and proud no matter what your current fitness level.
A. This is totally dependant on your goals, lifestyle, financial situation and available time. We have some clients who train with us once per week and others who train three times per week. However we recommend that clients train at least three times per week to see any visible results (For example: one session with a Personal Trainer & two session by yourself)
A. We require 12hours notice for the cancellation of any Personal Training service. Failure to provide this will result in the session being charged in full.
A. All sessions must be paid within 24 hours of the session start time. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your session.
A. No refunds are given on any Personal Training services.
