A female only two hour workshop which will include:
- The theory of building muscle around the glutes and lower body.
- Practical technique workshop where you will get the opportunity to perfect your form on the most effective exercises to help you achieve your goals.
This workshop will take place on Sunday 26th March between 12 - 2pm
