  • 10m Overhead Duck Walk (Barbell Overhead in Snatch Grip)

3 sets of (with an empty barbell):

  • 5 x Snatch Grip Deadlift
  • 5 x Muscle Snatch 
  • 5 x Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Push Press 
  • 5 x Snatch Balance 
  • 5 x Hang Power Snatch

OH Squat

  • E2MOM for 10 mins 
  • 5 reps at last weeks weight (use rack)

Snatch 

  • 5 x 2 (Not Tng) @ 75%
  • Pause for 2s just above knee & 2s in the catch on each rep.

  • Snatch (60/40)
