This programme provides the perfect structure for you to enjoy your training both in and out of the Gym. Consisting of inventive run workouts outside and strength and conditioning workouts inside, this programme has got you covered.


 

This programme consists of 6 training days per week, and with the option of a minimal kit version if you can’t get to the gym so it really does cover all basis. 

3 x sessions are outside with a strong emphasis around inventive and proven running workouts to get you in the fresh air.

3 x sessions are inside and specifically geared up towards functional strength and metabolic conditioning to get you looking and feeling your best.

If you love health and fitness inside and outside this is the programme for you.
