Our nutrition 101 course is aimed at anyone who feels confused when it comes to nutrition. Whether you're a personal trainer or a fitness enthusiast, if you feel lost with nutrition, this course is for you.

Over the 6 weeks you will receive weekly lectures that clearly explain and teach you the fundamentals of nutrition to help you take control of your own nutrition once and for all. These lectures will be released every Monday and you are able to watch these in your own time.


what is included

> Templates & documents to help you set up your own plan and track your progress.

> Weekly checkins with your tutor to ensure you are on the right track and understand the process.

what is not included

This course will not provide you with a specific diet plan to suit your goals. The aim of this course is to teach you how to take control of your own diet. Throughout this course you will learn how to create your own plan and understand why it is set up that way.
