Small group training is without question one of the most efficient and cost effective ways of getting in shape.

By working with Kate & Mark, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom

You will have access to 12 sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes.

Anyone is welcome to our sessions, no matter what their experience or fitness level. Every session we will guide and challenge you through progressive workouts.  

There will always be options to cater for everyone along the way.

By signing up you’ll also receive a Nutrition Guide to help you get the most out of your sessions

The timetable is broken down into both STRENGTH and FITNESS sessions. 


During the STRENGTH classes, you'll be coached through weights based progressive programming designed to get you stronger and increase lean muscle mass. 


During the FITNESS classes, you'll be coached and challenged through progressive workouts designed to get you really fit, support lean muscle mass and burn body fat!

Terms & Conditions:

- The three sessions per week relate to a Monday - Thursday schedule and can not be rolled over into the following week or month. No partial refunds will be given for any missed sessions.

- Members are able to freeze their membership for a 1 month minimum period which will be priced at 50% of their current membership fee. We are unable to freeze memberships for anything less than 1 month.

- To maintain quality, the total membership number will be capped. In the event of a waiting list, if you cancel your membership and choose to re-join, please be aware that you will be placed on the waiting list.

- Sessions can be booked 7 days in advance. Sessions can be cancelled unto 12 hours prior to the session start time. If any sessions are cancelled after this period, that session will be lost.
